Character Fan Mix

I chose to do my fan mix about Deeks' childhood. The songs I chose are about child abuse and surviving it, also the hatred that the father feels that causes him to be abusive. The title of the album is from a quote from Shakespeare - "The sins of the father are to be laid upon the children." It is the actions of the abuser that effect the child. Deeks was fortunate enough to survive, but you can still see the scars left behind by his need to be accepted and in his tendency to make jokes about everything. He doubts he will be taken seriously because he feels he's not worthy of being accepted.
